I searched for a 2008 528i online and at dealerships across NC for about 4 months and bought from Tisher BMW in MD. Rick Lopez was great to work with on the phone and even nicer in person. I highly complement his excellent sales staff and he was definitely a "man of his word" and did not waste my time in driving to Maryland for the deal. He elimated all the questions before we ever met and there were no bait and switch tactics. His entire staff were people of their word! BMW can be very proud of this particular dealership. Rick's sales staff, especially Michael Kazemburg and Anthony Lucas and even the detail guys were great to work with. We are really enjoying our BMW!!! Our only contact with Tisher BMW was by phone and online before we drove to Maryland from North Carolina to inspect the car and close the deal.
