I would like to take the time out to thank Lonnie and Rick for helping me with My 2003 BMW 330i, My friend was going to buy a BMW from their dealer but she was undecided on either a BMW or a Benz. So I needed a BMW emblem replaced on my hood of my car, Rick offered to replace the old one with a new one even if you don't buy a car from the BMW dealer. So my freind decided to buy the Benz from the dealer next door, Rick was so happy that she got the car that she wanted and he still replaced the emblem on my car for free. I just wanted to share this with everyone, you don't find dealers like this anywhere. MileOne Tisher BMW is a Real Classy Operation, I would take my car to them for servicing anyday. The day before yesterday my Service Engine Soon warning lamp came on while driving the car. As soon as I got home, I called Tiscjer BMW to schedule an appointment and I was delighted to get an appointment lamp came on while driving the car. I have "babied" my 02/330XI since I bought it new at Tischer BMW in '01. It was a retirement gift to myself and truly my "dream car". After my car had been taken back and a scan run to determine the problem, Jack Barber, the Service specialist I always deal with, met me in the waiting lounge, and told me that there was a problem with the thermostat amd that it would cost over $600. He also told me that while he was inspecting my car, he noticed that both outer CV boots were split and explained what that meant. He recommended that I have that fixed while I was there and I told him to go ahead and fix it too. He noticed that I have an extended warranty that I purchased years ago and asked me if it was still in effect. I told him that I wasn't sure so he checked it for me and found that the warranty was still in effect. Due to Jack's professionalism and willingness to go that extra mile for his customers, I was able to save over $1000.00. He is such an asset to Tischer BMW. During the years that I have dealt with him, I have always found him to be friendly, up-beat, kind, trustworthy, and very professional. More

Our overall experience at Tisher BMW was great. We came to look at one used car specifically and arrived 15 minutes before close. However, Mr. El Baltimy ("Manny") was helpful not only in helping me choose a quality vehicle but he and his manager pointed me in the right direction where financing was concerened . . . a key step in my being able to figure out if I could ultimatley even afford this car. In the end, I drove off of the lot with my re-certified European automobile in style! I highly recommend Manny and his team if you're pricing a good used car. More

Lonnie had everything ready to go and promised that I would "LOVE" my car. When I got it, he was absolutely right. I LOVE MY CAR!!! Anthony and Joanna went above and beyond and got things processed and me out the door!!! Rick Lopez was THE best!!! He gave me a great value for my trade and even through in an I-Pod connector as a freebee!!! I will definitely purchase my next car from Tisher BMW!!! More
