I originally contacted the dealership through their website (a query on a used car). A salesman got back with me the next day, the car I was interested did not pass the dealership review and was not b website (a query on a used car). The original sales person I spoke with left the dealership but a manager followed up a few weeks later to see if I was still interested; he wanted additional information on what type of vehicle I was looking for. I provided more detail and he followed up a few days later when a vehicle arrived which he thought I might be interested in -- he also provide the name of a sales person for me to work with. Bottom line - the overall experience was good, the salesman was excellent and I have a new car. More

I contacted this dealer about a specific car located at another dealer. They were able to locate the car I requested and gave me a good price through e-mail. I thought that they confirmed that they were able to get this car while I was still there. This was on Tuesday. Thursday comes around and I am told that another person bought this car from the dealer that the car was located at and they never actually secured the car. In addition to this, I found out that this car was equipped with an extra $4,000 dollars worth of options that they didn't know about, so they would not have been able to sell me this car at the negotiated price anyway. You can imagine, I was very excited about this deal. This is my first car purchase and I found exactly what I wanted for a great price, but then was let down in the end. The dealership was friendly enough, but they couldn't deliver on the car I placed a deposit on. They couldn't offer me anything else similar without me having to pay a higher interest rate and a few thousand dollars more. More

The other dealer had made us feel like wanting to buy a 3 series for a good price was asking for charity and their clientele were above that, but Jacob showed us the value of being part of the BMW family, be it the most economical or top of the line. We actually started with a pre owned certified vehicle search, and he was quite helpful in helping us find a vehicle that matched my wish list. In the end, we ended up with a new 2011, better than I had hoped for. He also took the time to give us a tutorial on the vehicle's multiple features, and had made it clear he is available for any future questions. The experience here was unequivocally the best experience I have ever had buying a car. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, and while I did have to wait about fifteen minutes for a sa I have ever had buying a car. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, and while I did have to wait about fifteen minutes for a salesperson (due to a sales meeting) it gave me time to look through the showroom. Immediately following their meeting Kailash came up to me and introduced himself. We sat down and he spent at thirty minutes discussing what I was looking for and what my price limit was. Kailash did an excellent job of asking questions I hadn't even thought of and helping me to decided which of BMW's convertibles was going to be a good fit. After two test drives I knew I wanted a 128i convertible, but the dealer didn't have any in stock that had the options I wanted. Kailash went to work and found one in Pennsylvania. Before I knew it the sales manager had made a call and I was promised the car that evening. The car arrived and was delivered to me just like I hoped. Kailash called me two days later to make sure I didn't have any questions and to see how I liked the car. The best part of the whole experience is I never felt pressured to buy a car or spend more than I wanted. It was a very enjoyable experience and was like car buying ought to be, but frequently isn't. I originally went to Tischer BMW because it was the closest BMW dealer to my house, but now I wouldn't go anywhere else, I am a customer for life. More

I was looking for a very specific BMW. I wanted a 2007 CPO 530i with sports, premium, cold weather packages AND a 6SP manual. Using BMW's own website, I only found a handful of cars IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY CPO 530i with sports, premium, cold weather packages AND a 6SP manual. Using BMW's own website, I only found a handful of cars IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY that met all my requirements and it turned out that Tischer BMW had three of them in stock. Every car I looked at could have been a keeper but I ended up with what I considered the pick of the litter a beautiful Titanium Gray w/ a Black Dakota Leather interior. It is a great car, at a great price and great financing. Tischer was a pleasant place to buy a car - they have a great staff. Finally, I want to give a shout out to my two sales advisors - Jacob and Lonnie - Thanks Guys!!!
