So I made my appointment and visited and bought the car 2 days later. Service was excellent and I could take the car home that evening but didn't. I took the car the next day and Manny came all the way back from Fredericksburg (it was his off day) to ensure I was handed the car properly. I would strongly recommend Tishcer and Manny for deals. The service we received from Norman from the start was wonderful, and the impeccable quality of the used car we purchased was more than we ever thought we would get in our price range. Everyone who sees our car thinks it's brand new, and it's a 2006. It was a very no-hassle process, and there was no "funny business" involved. Everyone at Tischer was informative and genuine. This was our first big car purchase, and after leaving we definitely would return for our next car. The prices were competitive, the website was informative, and the service was excellent. We also found the APR rates to be much lower than others out there. We have nothing but good things to say about Norman, Rick and everyone else we dealt with in this exciting and surprisingly low-stress process. More

I rated the quality of work a 4 because there were some chips in the paint that the detailers missed the first time. They did correct the defects the second attempt and I am now completely satisfied. Their prices are competitive. Tischer's BMW and Audi service departments were highly recommended to me by neighbors although I have not yet had to deal with the service department. After a few weeks, we weren't making progress finding the vehicle we wanted through dealers in the Richmond area. We ultimately found a couple cars we were interested in out of state and Tischer impressed us with their courteous and prompt service over the telephone. The car was reasonably priced and we received a warm reception when we arrived to take a test drive. Although we had plans to see other cars in the area that day, it became unnecessary when we got to Tischer. Sigis did a great job giving us the history on the car, explaining all of its features, and let us take it out for a ride w/o hoveering over us. Rick Lopez was very cordial and professional and attentive to our interests. Our only complaint was waiting on the business office to verify our backgrounds and credit to get our paperwork ready after we agreed on the deal. Other than that it was a great experience. More
