All the employees are extremely helpful & friendly. I recently brought my car in for routine servicing working with Jai and as always he was incredible. From the get go he was fantastic, scheduling a convenient time for the appointment and ensuring I would have a BMW loaner car while my car was in the shop. When I dropped the vehicle off I mentioned a few additional items of concern, Jai and the tech checked on them and Jai called me later that day to confirm the cause and the suggested fix. I'm 45 so I have had years to compare it to. Any vehicle issue I have had I call him and he is always so happy and helpful. He makes any situation as inconvenient as possible. He shows genuine concern for his clients. He keeps me coming back to BMW of Silver Spring. I have NEVER had one single issue with the service department, or any other department for that matter. Most people like to contact their sales guy with any problems or questions that may arise... I contact Thomas. I know he won't make excuses and he WILL solve the problem.
