Thomas provides superior customer service I have been working with Thomas Grant as my service representative at BMW of Silver Spring since I purchased my vehicle in 2012. It never ceases to amaze me that he always remembers my name, my preferences, and what I prefer to have done or not done to my vehicle. I recently took my car in for a minor problem that wound up taking longer to fix than expected. Thomas made sure that my car was returned to me by valet so that I wasn't inconvenienced and I was thrilled to see that he even had the dealership completely vacuum and clean the inside of my car. I've never had such excellent service anywhere else. I'm leaving the state shortly, which is a huge loss to me because if I had the choice I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else for service. I'm very impressed with Thomas and the entire staff at BMW Silver Spring. Can't recommend highly enough. More

Always A Great Experience I recently took my car in for routine maintenance and turns out I needed major service. I got a really nice loaner while I waited for my service to be done(brand new), and when I got my car back it was nice and clean and they did a great job. They even worked with me on the pricing. I really appreciate that when I take my car in for service I am assigned to one advisor, Thomas Grant. Thomas is one of the nicest guys you would ever meet, and I really trust him with my car. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and well informed about their service, and he is very understanding when issues come up. Like when I had to come pick up my car early because I could not get into my house without the use of the garage door opener "in my car". Silly me, I accidentally left my keys inside. I have been going here for years, since I bought my BMW, and even though there have been times when things haven't gone exactly as planned, Thomas has been great. On more than one occasion he has gone out of his way to make sure that, at the end of the day, I am happy with my service and compensated for any inconvenience, without me having to ask, and even if the mistake wasn't his. Everyone at BMW Silver Spring is big on customer service, even the managers, and it really makes me feel like a valued customer. I would recommend this dealership and their service department to anyone and I would tell them to ask for Thomas. ;) More

As a female owner of a BMW, I'm concerned about getting ripped off when getting my car serviced. But not here. Per my service experiences, I feel confident knowing there is someone I can call who will take care of any problems that arise with my car, or regular scheduled services at times of need. Thomas goes the extra mile...I live in DC and had a flat tire when I was visiting MD over the weekend. I called Thomas and my call was answered immediately, I brought my car in, and he got right on it. Kerry provided me with a free and comparable BMW loaner for the weekend. And, after a tire replacement, and complimentary wash, Thomas personally delivered my car to my residence in DC. Absolutely exceptional service! I knew I paid fair market price for a new tire, I wasn't stuck waiting and wasting my Saturday at the service center, per one phone call my need was taken care of immediately, and my car was in safe hands. An all-around great experience. Ladies, I highly recommend you go see Thomas. You will be treated fairly, and while your "baby" (car) is out of sight, it will be taken care of...returned to you in better condition than it arrived. More

Awesome Customer Service! I had to take my car in BMW Silver Spring to get a gasket pan leak and some other things fixed and this dealership is the best around. I tried taking my car to another BMW dealership closer to my house but had a bad experience with them. So I just drive the hour to BMW of Silver Spring for quality work and great customer service.
