EXCELLENT SERVICE - EVERY TIME I am normally not one to write reviews, however, I think Thomas Grant should be recognized for his excellent service! I have been taking my 5 series to Silver Spring BMW for service for the last three years and I had the good fortune of having Thomas as my service advisor. He gives a true and accurate assessment of my vehicles status and needs. He helps me prioritize what needs to be done, and guides me to discount coupons for the requisite work, when available. He has a loaner already set up for me when my vehicle needs to be serviced for an extended amount of time. Thomas is more than willing to go beyond what is required to make your service experience an enjoyable one. Thomas is an excellent representation of what an advisor should be. I highly recommend him as service advisor for your BMW. You will not be disappointed. More

Thomas provides consistently GREAT service!!! I recently visited BMW Silver Spring because my car was leaking antifreeze. I actually reached out to Thomas on Memorial Day. He responded immediately and told me to bring the car in as soon as possible. The service team quickly determined the problem - a hose that needed replacing - and my car was back on the road in two days. I've been coming to this location and dealing with Thomas specifically for almost three years. I have always had great service from him, candid dialogue about the status of my car in language I can understand, and competitive pricing. For lack of better word "EXCELLENT" This is the only place I take my car to for any type of service. Before I started working with Thomas I use to have to take my car in for one thing or another at the very least once a month and at times twice. I finally got fed up and contacted Mr. Ptak. The amazing thing about Thomas is that he is not just only the BEST but he is also very sincere, honest, and reliable. I can always count on him to do what he said he would. He helps me prioritize what needs to be done and best of all I only have to take my car in for maintenance and my bill is very much manageable. It use to be whenever I went my bill was nothing less than $700. Now it's a fraction of that and less frequent. Thomas, truly and sincerely I thank you. I appreciate your attention to details, and your dedication. Thanks to you, I will never have to take my car to any other dealership. I've had to come in for minor service work three times in the past 6 months (not fun or ideal), each time Thomas has been MORE than accommodating to my needs. Being in sales myself, I know how important a first impression can be, Thomas is an excellent representation of what an advisor should be.
