I brought my car into the dealership late in the day without an appointment. Even though all the appointments were filled for the day Patricia and Alex managed to squeeze me in because my car was not s without an appointment. Even though all the appointments were filled for the day Patricia and Alex managed to squeeze me in because my car was not safe to drive. The problem I had was more involved than it initially appeared to be, and so the repair could not be completed by the end of the day. Alex arranged for an Uber to drive me home and the work was completed the next day. My thanks to Patricia and Alex for all of their help. They truly showed that they care about their customers! More
