Horrible service on every level. It is difficult for me to comprehend how one car part costs $300 (an oxygen sensor). Then, to install the part it cost almost $500 in labor. BMW c It is difficult for me to comprehend how one car part costs $300 (an oxygen sensor). Then, to install the part it cost almost $500 in labor. BMW cars are one of the most costly cars to maintain. $500 for labor is legal theft. After my car was serviced they said that they would bring the car out front, but they forgot about me. After waiting outside for 20 minutes I went back inside to ask where my car was. He apologized and said he forgot. More

BMW Southpoint is my one and only BMW dealer in North Carolina. I’ve been using them for years for sales and for service. They are honest, caring, expert, quality centric, and extremely customer focused. Carolina. I’ve been using them for years for sales and for service. They are honest, caring, expert, quality centric, and extremely customer focused. Josh is a great service rep. Very careful and helpful. Jeff, as the service foreman, keeps the service teams running. Pat, as the service manager, keeps service humming like a top. And Ed in sales is still helpful even though the sales are over. And of course it all floats down from the top. Curtis, the GM who embodies all of these fabulous characteristics. I’m a customer for life. More
