Southpoint BMW actually assisted me with a recall on my older BMW 328, they scheduled the appointment and ordered the part from the manufacturer. Other dealerships put through to their recall hotline and t older BMW 328, they scheduled the appointment and ordered the part from the manufacturer. Other dealerships put through to their recall hotline and told me that the part had not been released from the manufacturer or that they could not make an apt because they didn’t have the part.
