Work was completed quickly, but communication was poor. There was only 1 part available so I was going to be out a car either 2 days or 2 weeks. Then had to call next day to see if part was received and if my car was 2 days or 2 weeks. More
BMW Dealership had good customer service as I entered the Service Center. The time allowed to fix my vehicle was great! I appreciate being able to wait in the exquisite waiting lounge.
