On top of that, they really worked with me one time when I didn't have the ability to take my car home, so they hooked me up with a loaner for free of charge. In this day in age it's rare to have help offered for free, and that's what they did. Will recommend this dealership to my friends and family moving forward. More
Service Center Diligence I didn't have the most pleasurable amount of work that ended up being done on my car, but I wanted it to run as the high performance vehicle it is. I am extremely busy and has been a long process that the guys have all been great it working with explaining and making me well aware of what we are doing. With some personal effort on the service manager, Kevin, a big portion of the work was found to be covered under warranty! Really great team and always very very nice and understanding. They defiantly strive for top notch service in a comfortable, friendly environment! More

Nice people, not a BMW experience...Chevy experience I have taken my 2011 535i xDrive there for a few years, I bought it there too. The people are always nice, but they just don't care (or Chevy policies I have taken my 2011 535i xDrive there for a few years, I bought it there too. The people are always nice, but they just don't care (or Chevy policies don't allow them to?). The bottomline is that this is a Chevy dealership (Lithia) with leadership that acts that way and has their people act that way. For example, I had to have my axles replaced. They wanted $1088 for each plus A LOT for labor. I asked if they would work on the price and the answer was no. I bought from another BMW dealership who owns bmwpartsnow and they gave me $500 off the pair including shipping. When I called them you could tell they were a legit BMW dealership. Very kind, helpful and professional. Camp Chevy/BMW just didn't care enough to even try. I'm having a place called Martin's Auto (5 stars on Yelp) install them, saving me another $1,000, for a total savings of $1,500 off the BMW estimate. It always surprises me how little they care about their customers. I will never buy a Chevy, thats for sure! My wife and I are planning to pickup the new 540i xDrive and we most likely going to Seattle or Portland to do it. More
