Bought a used Volvo from BMW of Spokane this past summer. I made the mistake of buying a life-time oil changes. When I recently needed an oil change, they were booked out for 6 weeks, but I was determined I made the mistake of buying a life-time oil changes. When I picked up the car, the reminder of an upcoming service kept popping up on the dash. When I went back, I was told "we're BMW techs and don't know other cars to reset it". A 1 min. tutorial on YouTube got it reset. (Maybe I should apply for a tech job...?) Seems you could take the life-time oil changes $'s, but can't do the whole job...:(( More
