i have been going to JMK BMW for about 7 years and had great service every time but no one had ever taken the extra step and time in helping me find the parts that i needed. I am using JMK BMW for service and Jacob Kolasinski as a service advisor for many years. What I get there exceed my expectation and made me happy with my BMW. I bought my first BMW at Park Avenue. I would service advisor for many years. What I get there exceed my expectation and made me happy with my BMW. I bought my first BMW at Park Avenue. I would not recomend anybody to buy car there. I serviced it at Prestige BMW. Same here, I would not recomend Prestige for service. They could not fix fuel gauge problem after few visits. Eventually I brought my car to JMK and Jacob become my service advisor. Jacob instantly recognized root cause of the problem, the car was fixed and I started to enjoy my BMW. Since with Jacob help and quality of JMK service my car was in perfect condition. I have a second BMW now and I can not be more happy with Jacob and JMK BMW. Michael Patz. More
We have been customers of JMK since 1995, both purchasing and servicing our vehicles there. Claudio is the best service advisor and we personally request him everytime a vehicle needs to be brought in (we ha and servicing our vehicles there. We had previously owned 4 BMWs. We had leased the majority of them from 1 particular dealer. Using the computer and this previous dealer, we obtained various quotes for a 2011 X5. Despite our obvious legitimacy and qualifications, our previous dealer, and the dealers who provided prices over the internet, were overpriced and game players who only wasted our time. Heather O'Brien of JMK was communicative, smart, incredibly fair and honest from the start--she gave us the right price from the beginning. She knew that the price had to be right-no games at all! The transition to our new X5 was seamless and pleasant. Heather is an automobile purchaser's dream. No need to go further than Heather-no need to price shop-she is the one!! JMK is the one!!!!P.S.--as for our previous dealer-it called us to inquire what had happend-- we responded as Julia Roberts did so eloquently in Pretty Woman, "Big Mistake!" More
