Road Damage Recovery My 750 got hit by a retread about 20 miles from Tallahassee on Wednesday night. The next morning I took it to Capital and met Lee Woodruff. I had to My 750 got hit by a retread about 20 miles from Tallahassee on Wednesday night. The next morning I took it to Capital and met Lee Woodruff. I had to be in Alabama later that day and he said he would rush to get it looked at and check for damages. The car had to have new radiator, so Lee arranged a rental, ordered the part, had it put on and I was able to pick it up on my way back home. He let me know when it was ready and even took pic of the damage for my insurance claim. GREAT service to say the least. More

Service department at this dealership has developed (and now earned) a reputation for pushing unwarranted tire replacement due to tread wear. At my recent scheduled service, it was recommended to replace my rear tires for $700+. My front tires had been replaced in the past year due to an accident. I declined the service and when I returned home compared the tread of the front and rear tires. NO DIFFERENCE! Do not fall for this scam! More

Oil Consumption Test I'm very satisfied with my Service Consultant Ian Wyre he's awesome. He promptly responded to concerns I've had about the amount of oil my car is bur I'm very satisfied with my Service Consultant Ian Wyre he's awesome. He promptly responded to concerns I've had about the amount of oil my car is burning in between oil changes. Ian Wyre stated the oil consumption test on my 2012 BMW 550i M3 Sedan.
