I have used this dealer to service my BMW for years. I have to drive out of my way to use them and it has been well worth the inconvenience. Not very enthusiastic or friendly. Seems like he hates his job. Made it seem like I was making him do work he wasn't supposed to. Maybe I caught him on a bad day. Tech also forgot to put a couple vacuum lines back correctly and caused some power issues. The detailer marred up my polished wheels as well, even after I requested no one detail it. My name is Nikki M. I am the owner of a 2006 325i BMW. Michael Woody was my service consultant. I would be selling Michael short if I said he was amazing. He was amazing plus 100. He instantly put me in a loaner car until my car was properly diagnosed to ensure I could continue on my activities of daily living. We stayed in constant contact via email or the phone. I even had a few delays on my end but Michael remained amazingly patient with me and stuck it through to the end. The process lasted about 6 weeks due to the extensive work that had to be done on my car "Bella." I must say at first I was very upset because my baby "Bella" decided to need extensive work during Christmas time. But after Michael assured me he would do everything in his power to get my baby back on the road in tip top condition, I felt better. And let me just say he kept his promise. Today I took my vehicle in for break pad replacement and didn't know what to expect due to the noise they were making. Brought my vehicle in for warranty work, whereby they notified me that my vehicle, a CPO'd 07 BMW, had previously been in an accident, (not disclosed before purchase, or on car fax), and I was liable to notified me that my vehicle, a CPO'd 07 BMW, had previously been in an accident, (not disclosed before purchase, or on car fax), and I was liable to replace the auxillary fan connector that was severed. The dealership also had my vehicle detailed, against my wishes, and ruined a $150.00+ detail job. More
Persistently took back car for WARANTY work that was not complete. Continuous problems with BMW not being serviced by end of the day as promised. Loaner cars never available.
