I have used this dealer to service my BMW for years. I have to drive out of my way to use them and it has been well worth the inconvenience. While I did not buy my BMW there I will next time based upon m have to drive out of my way to use them and it has been well worth the inconvenience. Not very enthusiastic or friendly. Seems like he hates his job. Made it seem like I was making him do work he wasn't supposed to. Maybe I caught him on a bad day. I even had a few delays on my end but Michael remained amazingly patient with me and stuck it through to the end. The process lasted about 6 weeks due to the extensive work that had to be done on my car "Bella." I must say at first I was very upset because my baby "Bella" decided to need extensive work during Christmas time. But after Michael assured me he would do everything in his power to get my baby back on the road in tip top condition, I felt better. And let me just say he kept his promise.
