I have never been a fan of salesmen, especially car salesmen. That all changed the day I walked into BMW of Tampa and met Erick Martinez. Erick is not a typical salesmen and is certainly not repr salesmen. That all changed the day I walked into BMW of Tampa and met Erick Martinez. Erick is not a typical salesmen and is certainly not representative of the salesmen I've met in the past that left me with such destain for the profession as a whole. Erick is a true gentleman and a true professional. He is extremely well versed in the product that he sells. From the moment we shook hands, Erick Martinez made me feel as though he was an old, trusted friend of mine. Erick spent a great deal of time with just listening to me and answering all of my questions, never making me feel rushed or stupid. After listening to all of my wants, needs and concerns of purchasing a 2024 BMW, Erick showed me many different models that would satisfy what I was looking for, never pushing one car more then another. Erick Martinez definitely pays attention to detail and took the time to explain, in depth, each and every feature of the cars he showed me. Erick never pressured me at any time to buy a car.  He gave me his personal cell phone number and told me if I had any questions to call him anytime day or night. I ended up ordering a 2024 430i BMW and Erick Martinez kept me a breast the entire time of where my vehicle was from the moment it left the factory to when it  arrived at the dealership. The entire experience of purchasing a vehicle from Erick Martinez at BMW of Tampa was painless and effortless for me. Erick Martinez should get the salesmen of the year award and has negated any distain I have for salesmen, as a whole. I would like to mention that Erick Martinez is a Veteran of the United States Army who has honorably served his country and continues to serve his fellow man to this day. I would be remiss if I didn't mention three other individuals at BMW of Tampa who went above and beyond to help me: Roger Balan General Sales Manager  Chase Dziloski Finance Leader Cameron Dean BMW Genius  My heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the individuals mentioned above, not only for all their hard work and dedication to their chosen profession, but for their kindness and assistance throughout the entire car buying experience. Car was in too too shape, staff was helpful. One headlight had an issue the day after I bought the car and they replaced the whole assembly for no charge, which isn’t a cheap part. BMW of Tampa has unlawful practices when it comes to deceptive (inflating) prices and “add-ons” that are not required. They lead you to believe you have to pay for the add ons and then take the rebate y deceptive (inflating) prices and “add-ons” that are not required. They lead you to believe you have to pay for the add ons and then take the rebate you deserve to get (but the dealer collects). Totally dishonest and corrupt dealership. Do not go there and get screwed like I did!!!! They have no conscience about stealing from people. Hopefully, the Federal Trade Commission will investigate this dealership soon. More
