Roland Llupa undermines all the sterotyping of car salesman. He presented as very knowledgeable, eager to be helpful and above all a man of intergrity. Since their was family pressure for me to buy another brand of car ( my husband is clearly a Mercedes Audi type), Roland really closed the deal for me. As I indicated to you, with my current educational style no one gets a perfect 10, and Roland is not the kind of person to indicate the excessive high rating needed. So, I now give him a perfect 10. I have taken my car to a number of BMW dealers but none were as helpful as BMW of Tenafly. Also, I have had a number of service advisers but Ed is by far the best. Getting a new car is always a difficult undertaking. For us it is especially daunting since we have to get two cars at the same time. I typically shop around to make sure that we are getting the best possible price, and Angelo unlike every other dealer that I have worked with cut through the nonsense and helped me work out the numbers that fit my budget. Another reason I go to BMW of Tenafly, is their service department. Bob Ryan gets me in and out quickly when I drop off the car, and the waiting room is clean and comfortable if I am there for a quick vis department.
