Scott went out of his way to make sure I had a positive and pleasant experience. He spent HOURS with me! From the test drive to the search for the right configuration, Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was genuinely patient and understanding when I told him (after nearly 5 hours!) that I needed to walk away and think about it over night. Most salesmen would have applied pressure after investing so much time. Scott appeared to understand and expressed that he wanted me to be happy with my decision. I returned the next day with a clear head and we worked out numbers I was comfortable with on the car I wanted. It's hard to connect with car salesmen because they're difficult to trust thanks to the industry's notorious games. I have to say, if you're looking for a genuinely nice person to work with, someone who aims to please his customers, Scott Marlowe is your man! And I LOVE my new X3! More
