The sales person (George), Floor Manager (Jason Lee) and General Manager are outstanding individuals before they present them as sales associates. The Financial manager also is very personable. The location, service, communications, and price are just exceptional. The service is outstanding. They give flexible appointment scheduling, Waiting room is comfortable. You mat do internet search for better price. Yes, you may find comparable price offered by a very few dealerships in NJ, RI or MD. But your will get the most comprehensive BMW-standard service here. I will definitely go back to this place for my next car. More

Their finance team was also extremely useful and professional. Pricing was best in class. I searched for this car for 6 months, and their pricing beat everyone else. Car was detailed, full tank of gas, and in tip top shape when I got it. The overall customer service was outstanding. I felt the buying experience was amazing because the sales reps love their jobs and love doing business with people. Kudos to Michael Carter and Euna Wilson for being such a welcoming, trustworthy individuals. Doing the credit application with Landon was also a breeze ad very personal and conversing. More

He follows up on all promises made and makes himself available to assist you after you leave with the vehicle on any and all issues that may come up. I was so impressed with dealing with Marlen in February that I recently decided to lease a 2018 BMW 3 Series for my daughter. I called Marlen on a Wednesday morning and explained what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Within three hours Marlen presented me with a lease deal costing less than my original budget with additional features I never imagined I would get with the car. We closed the deal the following morning and my daughter happily drove away in her 2018 beautiful white BMW 320I X-Drive. I simply cannot say enough kind words about Marlen Gafanovich.
