I realized they were charging me more for my truck, and their service was ok. The moment I walked into Tenafly BMW, Ernesto was very pleasant and very informative. I told him what I was looking for, and he and his manager Jason Lee got me a truck with an amazing deal. They didn't pressure me to make a decision, which made the process even better. Even though the dealership is 30 miles away from me, they now have a customer for life. I would definitely recommend Tenafly BMW to all of my family and friends! More

Manny (sales) was informative and prompt in our first meeting and gave me a test drive in a nice area, we discussed he pros and cons of BMW vs other brands and also how Tenafly thinks about their customers. It comes down to experience. With the internet folks can see makes and models and price and various important factors of a car though given all the info out there Tenafly BMW is focused on making sure people feel great about buying a car at a fair price and are given amazing treatment. I highly recommend at a minimum visiting this dealership if you are looking for a bmw! I chose to buy a car from them ultimatley because of my experience especially as a first time bmw owner and first time owner of a car in a decade! More

He is truly an honest and genuine person with the best interest of his customer in mind and that is what makes him an amazing sales person.
