Very professional -timely service I dropped my car for battery replacement, they did a diagnostic on the car, they provided updates via text and phone to me. They also loaned me a car while they worked on my car. Audra , my assigned case worker was extremely helpful and respectful. The only feedback would be for the lady in loaner car department, she was not too friendly, but not disrespectful or anything, just not smiling and avoided small talks . Charged for services I didn't approve verbally. So i went on line to scheduled a appointment for an OIL Change that I only requested when I booked my appointment, went in to drop off my car, and Da So i went on line to scheduled a appointment for an OIL Change that I only requested when I booked my appointment, went in to drop off my car, and Dan showed me the recommendation that the technician said he recommended to get down, into our conversation with Dan there was no verbal approval for the air filters to get done Only the oil change. So on Wednesday morning I get a text message with a link to a recommendation report from Dan which I did opened the report and saw a 401.00 amount due, that's when I texted Dan and specially told him that i was only getting an Oil change and no air filters done, and his response was those were only recommendations that the technician suggested to get done. Dan never knowledge that fact that i mentioned in my message " OIL CHANGE ONLY" I have never had an issue with Grant in communication he's been super helpful and great customer service on the other hand while I was standing next to Dan's desk hearing his conversation with someone on the phone he was super rude and raising his voice at the person he was talking to which doesn't suprises me, he did that to me on the phone when I called him about the servers I didn't approve. What happened to customer service?? Great way to represent Kuni BMW Dan Dailey!!! More
Sales person was great Lara. Brady was great also Finance person and process was exactly what I hate about buying a car. Very pushy sales technique didn’t seem honest. Ruined the experience. Told me he was losing money on the car, must think I’m stupid. Hard sell on all items like warrantee. It was a complete turn off. Showed me some ridiculous picture of the clear wrap in an accident and just peaking off. All his magic tricks were in his drawer or on his iPad. I hope all your finance people aren’t like that. More
mostly good with a few exceptions Nice people to deal with but I was surprised to see the car make it through CPO inspection with Blind Spot detection only working 5% of the time and a Nice people to deal with but I was surprised to see the car make it through CPO inspection with Blind Spot detection only working 5% of the time and ambient lighting being intermittent at best. The biggest disappointment was the use of Silicone protectant on the plastic parts in the interior and trunk. Apparently Kuni is so busy that they subbed out the detailing to people with lower standards re silicone dressings on the interior. I'm allergic to the stuff and it makes my fingers swell up and ache. Nearly impossible to remove; may have to have the affected plastic parts replaced entirely. More
