Great at point of Sale Andra great at Point of sale, knows product , friendly, however after sale follow up & ease of getting through to her on phone bad . Overpriced Customer Scam Bully’s DO NOT trust the service writers, costumers are scammed out of every dime possible, the work and part pricing is horribly overpriced even considering DO NOT trust the service writers, costumers are scammed out of every dime possible, the work and part pricing is horribly overpriced even considering the BMW service guaranties which don’t hold as much value as they once did. I have yet to leave my car for a repair and be told it’s in catastrophic decision, in critical Need for hideously priced repairs. Service techs are rude, condescending, dishonest, and out to pump their commissions and put the fear of crash n burn into you for early repair signs to consider. Your car must be rebuilt to the tune of $10s of thousands immediately or you could crash and die philosophy ... take it to a certified BMW mechanic for a diagnosis before throwing your business to these wolves. More
