Great Service Kuni is a great place to go in terms of excellent customer service- they treat you right from the moment you walk in the door- and while you wait, the Kuni is a great place to go in terms of excellent customer service- they treat you right from the moment you walk in the door- and while you wait, they have decent snacks and beverages/ not like Portland BMW who has nothing except black coffee and Lipton tea- and they are disorganized there also. They also follow up and explain any issues your car has. I always go there for oil changes, because I know that not only will they do it right, but they will also tell me what other things they found that I may want to fix. More
worst customer experience I have ever received. I have never left a bad review, no matter how bad a service was. But the service I received today, was absolutely not acceptable. I worked with the se I have never left a bad review, no matter how bad a service was. But the service I received today, was absolutely not acceptable. I worked with the service manager Jeff Cline and I advise that his position gets evaluated, as he does not deserve to be where he is now. This was honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever received in my lifetime. Having my first BMW, coming to Kuni for the first time for service, it was all horrendous. I had gotten $2000 worth of service done here at BMW last week. I was in a different state, so my car was sitting at the dealership for a week and a half maybe. When I picked up the car, the service representative told me that it was up a "hill" or something like that and they needed to go get the car. I was in a rush so I didn't properly look over the car, but later when I checked it out, there were damages done to the passenger side mirror, passenger side door, and what is most confusing to me is - the driver side cup holder. I did not notice any of these damages before I dropped off the car. Having bought this car 3 months ago, I made sure that there weren't any damages before I Dropped off the car at the dealership. I take care of this like my baby. My cupholder was working flawlessly, going in and out like butter. Now, it is stuck and broken. I met with Jeff, the service manager today as he told me to come in to look at the damages. He told me that, none of this is responsible by Kuni. Please explain to me, how my cupholder was just all of sudden broken. He then proceeded to say that because the car is "old" they tend to break. It doesn't matter if it's a 2009 BMW - it was driven for 50k miles, and I am 100000% sure it wasn't broken before I dropped it off for service. How can you tell me that the fault is that my car is "old"? Just because I have an older model doesn't give you any right to tell me thats the reason for it being broken. Anyways, he told me he's not responsible for any of these damages - so I proceeded to tell him how unsatisfied I am as a customer - and the way I was getting treated was terrible as a customer. Jeff then told me that he needs me to leave his dealership right now. I was so confused. He told me he was going to call the cops if I didn't. I proceeded to take out my phone to record him, because I was so shocked I was being treated this way. All because I told him how xxxxty of a customer service I was getting at BMW. I was forced out of the dealership by the cop, and I can say that this is hands down the WORST customer service I have ever received in my lifetime. Please, do your self a favor, do NOT come to this dealership at all costs. More
Routine issues Loaner and all done in a few hours. Got great service from Drew when he took me to my loaner—fast and explained paperwork better than ever before. Loaner and all done in a few hours. In the last quarter the welcome/in funnel pesonel have changed from wonderful and welcoming to don't care- why are you here? It's really a shame. I'm sure this can be resolved with personal education, again the rest if the service chain is wonderful the loaner car, the service managers and mechanic staff are pobably the best in Oregon! More

Communication was excellent, my e-mails were answered quickly and we also touched base on the phone a couple of times. They worked with me on price, offered me a fair trade-in value, and had the new car ready and prepped when I drove down from Seattle on a Saturday. More
Worst experience of my life I’ve never been more humiliated then when I drove up to kuni bmw. Asked a salesman where the x3’s were and he just pointed upstairs and walked away. I’ve never been more humiliated then when I drove up to kuni bmw. Asked a salesman where the x3’s were and he just pointed upstairs and walked away. We went inside to find out how we go upstairs and out of the 6 or so salesmen in the showroom. Not one even asked if we needed any help. We finally asked a receptionist how we can get a look at the car we were interested in. She didn’t know either. Finally a yard guy said he would show us. Wow, I guess we where not worthy enough for the those precious salesmen. Maybe because we drove on the lot with a Kia instead of a roll Royce. Either way, kuni bmw or any other bmw dealer is off our list. We’ll take our 40,000 dollars and spend it on a car someplace else. Maybe an Audi ( awesome q3’s ). In all my 66 years living in Portland I never thought I would be humiliated like that at a car dealership More
