Recall sevice visit Came in to have recalls performed on my I3. I was met by dan dailey that took my keys and information and had all paper work ready to be signed right Came in to have recalls performed on my I3. So I sent an email and hoping that someone will contact me. I got a call from Mellisa Larson next morning and she was very nice listening to my reason for buying a car from Oregon BMW dealership. She was very articulate and explained everything. She assigned Abdul who is from Sales Department. After two days I bought my white 2014 BMW i3 from Kuni BMW. Abdul was constantly updating about my financing the vehicle, transporting the vehicle to Arizona etc. There were days I called him during his lunch hours, weekends and breaks but he always was pleasant and reassuring, rushed to his office and get the job done. Thanks to Mellisa and Abdul My BMW i3 is running great and enjoying Arizona weather. We always take time in complaining about someone but not when they do an awesome job. Great friendly experience This was my second time at this dealership. The first time (last summer) I came in I just wanted to see a vehicle that I found online but I wasn't rea This was my second time at this dealership. The first time (last summer) I came in I just wanted to see a vehicle that I found online but I wasn't ready to buy and didn't interact with the employees very much. This time, I sent an email asking for particular 2017 M3 I've been wanting to order online for a while and the dealership actually had the exact same car, color and features I wanted. A nice gentleman called me a few minutes later to confirm they still had the M3 on their lot. I scheduled a time, 6:00 P.M. to come in and take it out for a test drive. I arrived at the dealership and I was greeted by a friendly young man by the name of Tyler Degele. I told him the reason for my visit ( my 30th birthday was around the corner) and I wanted to test drive the M3. We walked outside and he already had the car waiting in the front for my wife and I. we jumped in the M3 and out we went. I drove it out and my wife drove it back into the dealership. As this time, I could already see myself driving this M3! We went inside, Tyler explained the options they had avaliable at the time. To make the story short, 3 hrs after my wife and I walked into the Kuni BMW dealership, we walked out as first time BMW owners of a brand new 2017 M3! Tyler was beyond friendly from start to finish. He never once try to push the sale and gave us plenty of time to talk it over before making our decision. I strongly recommend Tyler as your sales contact if your looking into a vehicle at Kuni BMW!
