I was recently on a weekend trip from Chicago to Toledo, and had the misfortune of an ignition coil break in the middle of rural Indiana. Knowing Toledo was my final destination, I reached out to the dealership and requested a one-day turn around. The team went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road come Sunday morning. They returned the car within 12 hours, accommodating after hours drop-off no less, even though the service center was working with a weekend skeleton crew. I received outstanding service; they made a difficult situation very manageable. This level of professionalism and dedication reflects very positively on the BMW name and brand. BMW of Toledo is the a shining example of what a dealership should be. More

Always gets better I have Dealt with Yark BMW for twenty years that in itself tells you something. Nice to go and see the same people although older but still familiar.
