OMG, my service advisor, Tom Wolfe, is the best! I’ve known him since 2004 and I have followed him from Russell BMW to Towson BMW. He is the only one I trust to tell me what is wrong with my car. I arrived 5 min before my scheduled service appointment. I was informed that my advisor was not there and I was asked to sit on the side until someone could get to me. 30 minutes later I still have not been I was informed that my advisor was not there and I was asked to sit on the side until someone could get to me. 30 minutes later I still have not been seen by an advisor but I was asked for my car keys so that they could move my vehicle for another customer. I finally made it to an advisor named Derrick. He was very apologetic and reported that they were short staffed today. Unfortunately this was my first experience with the service department at BMW of Towson and I was not pleased with the customer service. No one explained to me all of the services that were provided, I was giving my print out and read them for myself. They were not the same services that was discussed with the advisor and I’m not sure why. Because I had already been at the dealership for a few hours I needed to leave to return to work. I will attempt to follow up with Derek regarding the services that were completed. Hopefully next time it will be a better experience. I will continue to work with Derek as he was a really nice and attempted to be as accommodating as possible More
