I bought my first bmw (325i) from Jason three years ago. They have always taken good care of me. A couple of weeks ago I buy the bmw I always wanted (335i). It was nice to see Jason still working there. Aft They have always taken good care of me. A couple of weeks ago I buy the bmw I always wanted (335i). It was nice to see Jason still working there. After purchase I get the car home only to have it not start (argh). I phoned Jason and he got me in touch with roadside assistance. the bmw was taken to service. I was given a nice clean loaner to use. I was called and told the car was ready and picked it up the next day. The folowing morning I start the car and it doesnt do anything. Again Townsend sent someone right out to have it picked up. I was called the next day and told the car is ready. As I enter the sevice center Chris was very nice and assured me the problem is fixed. And informs me that the new floor matts I ordered durring the time I purchased the car have arrived. I go to pay for the matts and Anette comes from behind her desk to inform me that Townsend is paying for the matts (wow) and then she offers me a second par of new matts for my 325i(bigger WOW). As I was leaving Jason noticed me and made sure i was satisfied. I have never had a team seem to care so much. I came in with problems and left feeling as if I was the most important customer they have ever had. Thanks, Kurt Grammer More
Too expensive. Hourly rate for repair high with parts at double the price that you can buy on line or at an auto supply like Auto Zone/Advance Auto. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR WARRANTY REPAIRS!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, OFFERED NO LOANER VEHICLE, KEPT MY CAR FOR NEARLY 3 WEEKS ONLY TO RETURN IT TO ME WITH "COULD NOT DUPLICATE ISSUE" ON THE INVOICE. TERRIBLE SERVICE, OFFERED NO LOANER VEHICLE, KEPT MY CAR FOR NEARLY 3 WEEKS ONLY TO RETURN IT TO ME WITH "COULD NOT DUPLICATE ISSUE" ON THE INVOICE. VEHICLE DEFECT CAUSED ACCIDENT TWO DAYS LATER. BLAMED THE ACCIDENT ON ME. More
