Pure Sleeze! Bait and Switch On Feb 7th Nicole Mooney accepted my offer of $80K for a BMW X5 PHEW, all taxes, fees, "out the door". I signed, and returned the purchase order which included $500 for registration. On Feb 11th, she emails and says "Our Registration Team got back to me" and she has increased the price by $1,782. This is after I had signed the purchase contract. Another sleeze move...You know how the dealers want a finance person to "Meet with You" so they can pressure you into accepting high margin add-ons? In the old days, it was rust-proofing that actually voided the manufacture's warranty? She would not send me the Closing Paperwork ahead of time! Why give the customer a chance to prepare when sleezy dealers can ambush them? BMW National should be ashamed of the Hoffman Auto Group. More
