I am Christopher Janazzo President of BMW of Watertown. BMWFS ended the payment program prior to you taking delivery of your BMW. You were asked by the Finance manager if you wish to continue with the delivery at that time. You told both the Finance Manager and the sales person you wanted to continue with the delivery knowing, the program at that time was not offered. For September and October 2012 months, BMWFS has restarted the three payment credit up to $500.00 per payment. I am not able to restart a program that has ended in June 2012. Any and all programs are subject to change by BMWFS and BMWNA. This program was not a BMW of Watertown program.

You still don't get it Chris. I am thrilled with the car that I purchased. I knew I would be and that is why I did not walk away on the day I took ownership. The problem is that the dealership reneged on the deal that was offered to me on the day I signed the financing papers...two days before I took ownership. You can spin this any way you want. Bottom line is that you have an unsatisfied customer and you could have offered a variety of incentives equal to the value that you reneged on to keep me. It didn't have to be reimbursed through a new financing deal to equal the deal that ended before your sales people were aware. Now we are discussing here for all to see and I'm spreading the word other ways as well. Your dealership is cheap. You have lost a ton of goodwill and future customers for $1,500. I still can't believe someone in your position is not empowered to spend $1,500 or does not consider that as an investment in the future.

Peter, It was YOU that I had to deal with after I had failed to convince the regular service manager, who I can not remember the name, to help me with the tow truck. I was more upset by your attitue after I had serviced my first BMW for 10 years exclusively in your dealership and bought my second new BMW in Watertown. After I had thretened to take the legal action, you had sent a tow truck. It was the same service guy when I brought back my new BMW for service, which had issues of the driver seat leather. He had no clue what he was talking about and told me it was normal tear and wear. Though North Haven was much closer to my home, and work, I decided to try Bridgeport after receiving good recoomendations from my friend. The experiences there was wonderful. Just FYI, I USED to tell my friends to go to Watertown betwen 2002 and 2010, but now, I tell them, many of them do have BMW, about my horrible experiences in Watertown. My guess is that after the renovation of the show soom, you do not care your customers anymore.
