From the moment I pulled my car into the service area, service was excellent. Ysrael Sanchez, my service advisor was very personable and informative. This is the first BMW we own and this was my first service experience with BMW of Wesley Chapel. The service waiting area was not just beautiful but was also comfortable. Prior to the work being completed on my vehicle, I received a video, followed by a text message indicating it would be ready shortly. When checking out, the process was quick, my car was cleaned, looked beautiful, drove as expected. Good to know my car had been inspected, oil changed, tire.pressure adjusted, etc. Love my X3. More
