Brought my car in for routine maintenance, Frank Perez was service advisor. He was friendly, checked us in AND the work was completed very quickly. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that it took 10 was service advisor. He was friendly, checked us in AND the work was completed very quickly. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that it took 10 mins to make the appointment when I called. “Did you buy the car here?” “What’s the VIN number?” Never been asked that at a dealer before. More
