Waited 2 1/2 hours to have an oil change, inspection and have my rear driver taillight repaired. Only to be driving home and being pulled over by an officer because said light was hanging out. When I pulled over to check was was wrong, I realized that my bumper had been damaged during the repair. I must say the service manager Eric stepped up to take care of the problem the next day. Still waiting to hear what will be done. More

I've had great service work done the few times I've been it. The only bad thing is not sure about getting to the build, you need better signage. Over price for repair dropping $1000 for small repair job is a little much. Better than Reeves but waiting room is sparse, small, crowded, not particularly clean and it is a mess getting in and out due to construction of the nearby bridges and the dealership itself. Lacked some matts they were supposed to give me as part of the deal, car had several issues with paint etc. I've never experienced with a bmw, not their fault but can't someone in vehicle prep see paint drips are scratched parts of the car?
