I was dreading the “normal” car shopping experience, so I shopped online to limit my time at the dealership, BUT when I asked Alex Senko for help he was more than willing and made my experience enjoyable. I looked at 4 cars I was interested in and within 2 hrs I had traded my 2004 x3 in and drove away in my new 2017 x3. Alex was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and concerns, even when I stopped by a week later to ask a few more questions.
