I was dreading the “normal” car shopping experience, so I shopped online to limit my time at the dealership, BUT when I asked Alex Senko for help he was more than willing and made my experience enjoyable. I looked at 4 cars I was interested in and within 2 hrs I had traded my 2004 x3 in and drove away in my new 2017 x3. Alex was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and concerns, even when I stopped by a week later to ask a few more questions. Ultimately the price was good but the experience at the dealership was sub par for BMW. I've purchased several luxury brands previously including BMW and this was by far the least professional experience. dealership was sub par for BMW. I can understand the challenge of having your inventory of site, but fix the problem for your guests. Don't make it my problem. IE: setup a shuttle or something to make it more seamless. Also I never met the sales manager or anyone else besides a few of the salesmen. I won't be back. More
