Excellent service! ! Although I didn’t have appointment, the BMW of Wesley chapel did a great job. The battery was replaced, the car was reset and even they took care of ! I would like to commend Mr. Javier Rivera for his efforts in getting my front parking sensor replaced without causing interruption to my busy work schedule. Javier ensured that I got the soonest appointment available, and a loaner vehicle ready so I could make it to work on time. Since the replacement sensor had to be ordered, Javier kept me up-to-date on when my vehicle would be ready. When I picked-up my vehicle, it was clean inside and out thanks in part to Javier making sure that it was done.
