I only have great things to say about BMW of West Chester. My significant other and myself have purchased 3 BWMs there and have had a wonderful experience each time. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful at making you feel welcome and comfortable during your visit. Additionally, we really love working with our sales advisor Ian Martin. He is always really knowledgeable about any of the cars we are looking to purchase and always gets us the best deal. When we work with Ian, the experience always feels like you’re working with a really good friend and not just a salesperson. That’s what makes the difference when you’re working with Ian and with anyone at BMW of West Chester because they treat you like family. We have visited several other dealerships looking to purchase a vehicle and the experience has never been close to being the same as working with the Ian and the rest of the BMW of West Chester team.
