I just purchased my 2nd BMW from Lauren. She was very responsive to all my questions. The over all transaction was very easy and fast. On delivery day it took all of 30min to sign the pape She was very responsive to all my questions. The over all transaction was very easy and fast. Heather took me early and was responsive to the issues I had. I just had a tire issue and with the tire insurance she was able to get most of the issue covered.
