I am sorry that the person who helped us with initial set up wa purchase of an X5. He could answer all of our questions and was good with follow up. We were also not as impressed with the business manager who had extra warranty information hand written on a scrap of paper (not professional) and then told us the wrong amount to write for the purchase.
