Raheem Barnett was great in his service and assistance I called Otto's last evening while driving since my turn signals were not working as they should have been. He then spent the next 15 minutes meticulously going through what I should do and to fix the signals and it worked!!! He is a gentleman and a BMW scholar. I am very thankful for the help and this is why I buy from and send friends to BMW to buy. As a matter of fact I sent a colleague to OTTOS BMW two days ago and he bought a great car too.
