First and foremost, I’d like to thank the staff at BMW of West Chester, Pennsylvania, formerly Known as Otto’s BMW. I took my car in on December 26 immediately after Christmas around 5 PM as I made my journe West Chester, Pennsylvania, formerly Known as Otto’s BMW. I came to the BMW dealership here at Westchester Pennsylvania where I was greeted by the service advisor, who checked in Vehicle ask me if I was OK and how are my holidays? I replied very well, and they provided me with a loaner a fully loaded two series which was comfortable And zippy the technology in the vehicle was my favorite. I learned about BMWs new I Drive technology. The vehicle was nice and clean. It was topped off with gas Which made my journey back home a straight drive with no stops. My vehicle went in for a few upgrades where they installed.Dinan lowering springs and bump stops, along with the The suspension Grade we had the Vehicles, kidney grills removed and had installed the iconic glow grill by BMW at first I was skeptical, but I’m glad my service advisor Explain how the economic glow works with unlocking and locking the vehicle in the United States we are allowed to run the grill at full glow at a push of a button, which was nicely placed in the interior steering column. I got a call from the dealership to come pick up my vehicle. Immediately I drove out to Westchester Pennsylvania, where I was greeted professionally respectfully, After I was greeted, I ended up paying for the work that was done to my vehicle in which I was also given a $209 discount for an incident that happened with the last service in which Otto, BMW called me that day and fixed the issue and promised me a discount upon my second service appointment in which they successfully kept their promise. I am happy with their promise. I am happy with the work that they have provided me with. I’m very lucky that I have a great service department for my vehicle one that is understanding and A service department is for its customers. I want to thank everyone at the BMW service department for making things right and also for doing an excellent job with my vehicle these past couple days I will continue my business with Otto BMW.
