Stopped by this dealer to look at used 5 series. Met with Jason Paoletta. Jason was very professional. Knew the BMW products and explained to me the various odds and ends of a 2008 535xi. My first horrible experience was with Nicole in service. She was rude and disrespectful. Even though I made an appointment weeks in advance there was no loaner available and she asked me to wait out front 4 She was rude and disrespectful. Even though I made an appointment weeks in advance there was no loaner available and she asked me to wait out front 4 minutes for a rental. 25 minutes went by and no one from service did a thing despite my complaints. Finally the lot attendant got me a car to drive. I spoke with Kevin the GM and told him Nicole should not deal with the public. Two weeks later I returned to buy a pre owned 3 series and the sales person Jason detained me for a totally unnecessary two hours often disappearing for 10-15 minutes at a time. They had absolutely NO respect for my time. Finally Kim the finance manager came over who didn't know the difference between net and gross pay and I was able to get my keys back and leave. The next day at least three of them were supposed to call me and failed. Bad customer service there is viral as is customer disrespect and can only be attributed to Kevin the GM. I will never return to this dealer and because I believe the problems stem from the top I will never do any business with any Gengras dealership. More
I was somewhat happy with BMW of West Springfield from the only time I took my car in for service (under warranty.) I have to agree with some of the reviews here. Setting up an appointment is next to im the only time I took my car in for service (under warranty.) I have to agree with some of the reviews here. Setting up an appointment is next to impossible since the phone is never answered and voicemails never returned. I must have called them at least 20 times and left 3 messages over 2 weeks periods and never got a return phone call from them. I hope this was an isolated incident but I am not willing to go thru this again with BMW of West Springfield. They should figure out how to deal with the high volume of phone calls and promptly return the message. There are many other BMW Dealers in the Western Mass and Hartford area to choose from so I would not be coming back to BMW WEST SPRINGFIELD ever!!! More

I brought in my z4 to have a new head light installed. They informed me that it needed a whole fixture $2100.00. I had to hold off to discuss with the previous ouner. When I picked the car up bot head lam They informed me that it needed a whole fixture $2100.00. I had to hold off to discuss with the previous ouner. When I picked the car up bot head lamps did not work and the 2nd one was filled with water. They basicly blew me off and said they were not responcible. It worked when I gave it to them and did not when I picked it up. The person who is fixing said most likly they caused the problem but wont admit to it. Inturn I am screwed. Dont ever go there. They are a rip off. I am filing a claim with BBB / BMW USA -----------I am telling you go some where else !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh It cost me $240.00 by them to get screwed. More
The ultimate buying experience at BMW of West Springfield. I had a 2006 Honda Accord standard to trade and fell in Love with 2011 BMW 535xi. Gualter helped me get a great price for my trade in and I took delivery of new 535xi. It was great to get a very professional client advisor with straight forward answers. I got great financing rates from BMW and Kim McInyre Business Manager made this purchase a great experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership for your next BMW purchase. Manager Norman Caruolo and the service personnel Mark Roberts where very friendly and accomodating when I had some additional requests and installed my accessories expediately. More

On a saturday afternoon, I waited for close to an hour before anyone came to show me the car I had requested to test drive. In fact, I am pretty sure one of their client advisor turned down the receptionist's offer for him to help me purchase a new BMW when he saw me. A couple of weeks after my visit, the client advisor who finally helped me gave me a lease rate that was higher than market price. When I told him that we had a much lower lease price from another dealership he told me and I quote, "...what no heated seats? Well for a classy lady like yourself you probably will have to put some lambskin covers on your new BMW. You should make sure to bring your husband to the dealership where you got that quote to make sure you got the right deal on that car." Wow, I didn't realize time travel is possible as he clearly thought we lived in the 1940s when women had little rights! Luckily, I get to tell this inccident to all my friends and should make for a nice cocktail party story. More

We brought our 1994 740i for transmission service. The lead tech locked the car for the night and the next morning forcefully turned the key in the door broke the lock and the plastic off of the key. Kevin said quote "your car your responsibility" and wanted to charge $700 to fix it. Also while the tech brought the car for a test drive, got a flat tire. Again, this time Patrick said "old tire not our responsibility it is $231 for a tire". We ended up taking the car from them with a flat still on the car as they wouldn't even put the spare on. We then took it to a tire place where it cost $89 for a new tire. The door still doesn't open and it has been over a month. I offered to go halves on the door even though I thought they should have paid for it and Kevin wouldn't even consider it. I feel that Kevin talked down to me because I am a woman and the car was not bought from them. This is an older car with some issues but I didn't need BMW-West Springfield to make things worse! I would not recommend BMW-West Springfield to anyone! More
WORST experience of my life! I bought a BMW from them and 3 payments into it the transmissions blows and they tell me the only thing they can do is offer to buy it back from me for wholesale MINUS the cost o 3 payments into it the transmissions blows and they tell me the only thing they can do is offer to buy it back from me for wholesale MINUS the cost of the transmission and then roll all of the negative equity from the loan into a new loan for another car from them! I could not get the owners to call me back and no one in the place calls you back, I had to keep calling and leaving messages and then when I finally got a hold of someone, they tell you, "Oh, I was just calling you." When I bought the car, they told me that they went through it with a fine tooth comb and that they gave the previous owner extra money on the trade-in because of the condition. You would think after this pitch that they would have stood behind it but they told me that, "We gave you 30 days so we don't have to do anything else." I will never make the mistake of buying a car from any of the gengras dealers again! EVER! More
