Especially the gentleman Mr. Gualter was a great sales person who had guided us and worked with us to identify the right vehicle and best possible financing options. He was not only knowledgeable but he ensured that he provided all the attention and care as if he was buying the vehicel for himself. While I have interesting experiences sales folks trying to sell in order to meet their targets, he did not thrust any of his views on us. Gualter is an asset to any organization ! In the sales process I got introduced to few other employees in the dealership and all of them were polite and most importantly customer centric. I did try to send a thank you email in the past to the owners during the last thanksgiving weekend but the emails bounced back. Overall, my experience with this dealership was great and since buying my BMW 528xi, I have been highly recommending everyone to this place to checkout for options!
