Service engine light came on before I got to 295 which was the only thing I needed serviced. Tracy deserves a raise! Very happy with the service provided by BMW of Westbrook in general. Only one complaint: I just got my car back from annual service and inspection (which they happily picked up and dropped off, much appreci in general. Only one complaint: I just got my car back from annual service and inspection (which they happily picked up and dropped off, much appreciated, as I work from home and didn’t lose any time to dealing with these chores), and all of my settings have been cleared out! I had driver seat settings saved, but that’s gone. Lighting colors changed. Haven’t tried radio presets yet, but guessing they are gone, too. That is a real pain in the xxx, and pretty much negates all the warm and fuzzies I was feeling before. More
Made an appointment 3 weeks ago for recall service. After leaving the car for a day, was informed that the dealer didn’t have the recall part. Wouldn’t you expect Service to coordinate with Parts to o After leaving the car for a day, was informed that the dealer didn’t have the recall part. Wouldn’t you expect Service to coordinate with Parts to order the needed parts in time for a scheduled service? A “four hour repair” took 3 days! And since this dealer has stopped offering loaners vehicles I was left at home without a car. More
