I truly enjoy my BMW and feel that it is an excellent car. Tracy, the assistant service manager, dealt with me in a friendly manner. However, the first employee that I spoke to after I drove my car into car. Tracy, the assistant service manager, dealt with me in a friendly manner. However, the first employee that I spoke to after I drove my car into the service area was not (no smile or greeting). When he approached my car, I told him my name and explained that I was about 1/2 an hour early for my appointment and was it alright to leave my car at this time. His rude answer to me was, “Yes, but don’t think you are going to get your car done any sooner. Go sit over there and wait for (someone’s name) to fill out paperwork.” Please understand that I did not expect my car to be serviced earlier than my appointment. I live 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership and it is hard to gauge the exact time of arrival. The bottom line is that I believe this employee could use a little more training in people skills. More
