I have been to over 20 BMW dealerships on the east coast with my 4 vehicles in the past 8 years. This is one of the best car dealerships I have ever been to in my life! The location is prime right outside the city of Portland. I am extremely picky about my vehicle and I constantly monitor this dealership to make sure proper work takes place. I have been in the back and met allot of the guys working on my cars as well as meeting the floor staff. For the past year on about 7 visits I have had nothing but perfect service from this dealership. I throw them some of the strangest problems. Some of which they have fixed right on the spot! Working with Steve and Ron is truly a pleasure. I am so lucky for the way they treat me! They both personally test drive my car to make sure it's running perfect. Sometimes they pick me up on the side of the road. Other times they offer a loaner in a flash. Nothing but perfection from these two gentlemen. Honestly the best BMW car dealership in the northeast hands down! More
