I leased a BMW X6 2015 a Daniel Caposella is an exceptional, upright, knowledgable, honest and ethical Internet sales specialist at this dealership. I leased a BMW X6 2015 and my experience dealing with Dan was simply out of the ordinary. Dan unlike many other BMW Internet sales specialists in New York, did not play with the pricing; he gave me his best offer and stuck to it and after I researched the dealerships and depending on when you go and how their month is looking, their prices vary asked much as 3000 to $5000. Some of the dealers play with lease terms and options on the car they are trying to sell you but that was not the case with Dan. I will wholeheartedly recommend Dan, BMW of Westchester and Dan's manager Andre for exceptional service, honest conversations, and incredible buying experience. I'm heavily into research and have spoken to at least 5-6 BMW dealerships in the area and by far Dan and this dealership are we ahead of the rest Keep up the good work Dan! Best car buying experience ever I've had dozens of cars, leases and cash deals. I recently decided I wanted to go back to German made cars. I was originally looking at CPO's only. I I've had dozens of cars, leases and cash deals. I recently decided I wanted to go back to German made cars. I was originally looking at CPO's only. I had 6 negative experiences at the other 2 brands and other BMW dealerships in NJ. I would make an appointment to drive a car that I found on a website only to get there salesman was MIA or that the car wasn't there! Attempt number 7 was BMW of Westchester. Dan Capossela is the internet guy there. I wanted to drive a 2011 328 wagon. Dan asked me about what time I'd be there and confirmed the appointment. He had the car freshly washed and waiting outside warmed up. I was impressed. After driving the CPO, I noticed a 2015 on the showroom floor. I proceeded to drive several other wagons and a sedan. Dan is a BMW expert! No pressure, no "I want you to meet my manager" or any other antic. The negotiation was simple and I bought a 2015 328i xdrive wagon. I am impressed with Dan, the dealership and especially the CAR! BTW, Dan introduced to the lovely manager Liz Vagueiro on the way out. More

He is a liar I went on tues july 1st to inquire about getting into a 2014/15 5 series and spoke Mr. Adler. I told him that i had 6 payments left on my infiniti and I went on tues july 1st to inquire about getting into a 2014/15 5 series and spoke Mr. Adler. I told him that i had 6 payments left on my infiniti and was there to get information about the BMW. I was very particular in what i wanted and told I'm that i would be interested in the 5 series with the M-Sport package. Mr. Adler lied to me and told me that the 5 series does not have the M-Sport package as an option because "it's the classy series" a complete lie. Also, he priced out a i528 at 595 a month for 36 months when every other dealer prices this exact same car below 5. More

For two of those years, I went to Mercedes, but quickly came back to BMW and it was because I've been a customer of Westchester BMW for over 15 years. To be more specific, Jorge always treats me like I'm his only client, is always helpful, knowledgeable and provides a SOLUTION to my problems every time. He always makes me feel like a VIP when I am there. I am always inquisitive into the problems with my car (I want to know why things go wrong and how to fix them), and Jorge always has the patience to explain things to me so I can easily understand. Being a female, I truly appreciate the respect and patience he has with me whenever I ask any question. Jorge, along with Mark (the loaner car guy) and Danny (in service) are all A+ in my book and are the reason why I keep coming back for all of my servicing needs.
