Frank and John made our purchase of the new 640i Grand Coupe a great experience. They were reasonable on pricing both the new car and trade in. They took out the haggling, back and forth negotiations and were very fair to me (and I do my homework on both sides of the deal). The negotiation process took less than 15 minutes and was a very pleasant experience. For me in all my car purchases (this is my fourth BMW, but first through Ganley), that was a very unique experience. It was a pleasure working with them and I would recommend them to anyone. He did such a good job I ultimately bought a brand new 535i loaded with options and felt good about the deal...the new 5 series really is representative of the "ultimate driving machine" brand that BMW promotes. this is the second BMW that I have purchased from Ganley and have had a very good experience with the car buying process and service...I would highly recommend Ganley if you are in the market for a new or used car...and be sure to contact Brooks Rorapaugh or Frank Steffen in sales.
