I was unfamiliar with dealership and Covid 19 procedures and while reading signage info on the door, t First time to the dealership to service BMW X6. I was unfamiliar with dealership and Covid 19 procedures and while reading signage info on the door, the service representative Cassie, who was with another customer, paused and came out and welcomed me, saying she would be with me shortly. In short order she was and quickly wrote up the service. Afterwards, she showed me the customer waiting area and restrooms. She kept me up to date on the ongoing service and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. There were no surprises with the routine service and I was on my way at the promised time. The dealership, waiting area and restroom were clean and orderly. I will be back and would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends. More
