After an in-depth internet search of several BMW dealers in the eastern Carolinas…BMW of Wilmington looked like it was the dealership for us. From the phone call to saying we were inbound, till the view of the dealership in the rear-view mirror on our way home in the new X5. Everyone involved starting with Tom Dolan (Papa Smurf) who took that inbound call and had things rolling before we got there and continued that superior service by keeping us informed through out the process.
