A++ - I do not do social media or write reviews, BUT being that James M and Michael S did an absolutely terrific job to get me comfortable to drive 550 miles from NJ to purchase a vehicle from BMW of Wi being that James M and Michael S did an absolutely terrific job to get me comfortable to drive 550 miles from NJ to purchase a vehicle from BMW of Wilmington... I thought it's worth sharing. James' attention to detail is second to none, especially necessary when you are not face to face, local or its COVID times. He got all the details (video of the car, trade in value, warranty, financing, etc) to me in real time and organized everything so all we had to do was sign docs, hand off the trade-in and less than an hour later we were back on the road with the vehicle we purchased. It was a refreshing experience to meet someone that is down to earth (especially at a premium brand) who gives you their undivided attention even though you are purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. A true character of a man/woman (in this business) can be judged by how they treat you when you are purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and in this case he made my wife and me feel like we were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot and for that I had to write this review! More

During the Covid pandemic of 2020 I was in need of a new car. I was specifically looking for a used BMW M235i. After dealing with two other dealerships that lead me down the wrong road with high dealer fees car. I was specifically looking for a used BMW M235i. After dealing with two other dealerships that lead me down the wrong road with high dealer fees, not working with me on a deal, not knowing a dang thing about the vehicle, or taking over three weeks to give me an offer! I came across BMW of Wilmington via cargurus.com. By their website I contacted them thru email and within minutes Chandler Deal reached out to me. Sent me two individual video emails. One with a quick face introduction of Mr. Deal to put a face to the name and another one with a walk around the M235i. This car was only on the lot for one day and still going through the BMW pre owned certified process and Chandler went out of his way to video the car for me. He worked with me during the whole process even with my long hour works and being over 600 miles away. Chander was very responsive with commutation, extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle, and high professionalism. He didn't talk down to me for not knowing the ins-and-outs of BMW's. With his continued effort he held the car for me even with others asking about the car. This dealership cares about their customers. They shipped the car to me on their own dime! Even after the deal was concluded and have the M235i in hand, Chandler still reached out to me and ask if there was anything I needed, had any questions about the car, and feel free to contact him anytime. This was a wonderful car buying experience. Would buy from them again! More
